2002年辽河油田开始使用热污水作为注汽锅炉的传输介质以来,出现传输管线、锅炉炉管腐蚀加快、积垢严重等问题,人们把问题的焦点集中在长期使用热污水上。研究了传统的除氧药剂是否还适合当前水质,存在哪些弊端,同时通过研究为筛选新型的药剂提供理论依据。

Since Liaohe Oilfield started to use hot sewage as the transmission medium in steam injection boiler in 2002, serious problems emerged, such as accelerated corrosion and serious fouling of transmission pipelines and boiler tubes. So people focused attention on the hot sewage. In this paper, whether the traditional oxygen scavenger is still suitable for the hot sewage was studied, and disadvantages of the traditional oxygen scavenger were analyzed, which could provide the theoretical basis for screening new agents.
