目前油田油气集输系统和处理工艺主要是通过燃用石油或天然气,而采用各种类型、容量不一的加热炉对工艺进行加热,具有热效率低下,环境污染比较严重的现象。因此依据现在油田企业中集输系统中所存在的高能耗现状,对集输系统能耗状况进行详细分析。有效开发利用油区所具有的储量丰富的地热资源。根据油田集输流程的结构及工艺特点,对设计方案进行了优化分析,尽可能的提高地热水的利用效率,增大换热量,对原油外输管线进行伴热。

The current oil and gas gathering system and processing technology usually obtain heat energy through burning oil or gas in heating furnace, which has heat efficiency to cause serious environmental pollution. In this paper, based on the status quo of high energy consumption in the field gathering system, energy consumption condition of the gathering and transportation system was analyzed. It’s pointed out that abundant geothermal resources in oil region should be effectively developed and utilized. According to the structure and process characteristics of oilfield gathering process, the design has been optimized to improve hot water use efficiency and increase the heat transfer for improving crude oil heat tracing of external transmission pipelines.
