列管式换热器管板与换热器连接处的泄露是换热器在使用中最容易出现渗漏故障的地方,且很不容易通过现场维修解决。本文结合企业维修实践操作及相关工程计算,探索总结出一种利用缩进坡口角焊技术成功解决化工企业生产过程中列管式换热器渗漏的维修方法,为以后类似化工换热设备维修提供了新的技术途径。

The leakage at the connection of tubular heat exchanger and tube sheet is the commonest in exchanger use, and it’s quite difficult to solve the problem on spot.In this paper, combined with practice calculation of repair and related engineering, an indent groove flat-face fillet welding technology was developed to solve the leakage problem by on-site maintenance,and the technology could provide a new technical way for maintaining similar chemical heat exchanging equipments.
