就某炼油厂丁二烯螺杆压缩机组经过年度检修后运行是时出现的异常现象进行分析,指出压缩机运行时整个转子进口到出口温差较大,受热不均匀,产生的热应力也不均匀,转子发生弯曲变形进而引起转子接触碰磨故障,提出处理方法与修磨措施对损坏转子进行修复。
就某煉油廠丁二烯螺桿壓縮機組經過年度檢脩後運行是時齣現的異常現象進行分析,指齣壓縮機運行時整箇轉子進口到齣口溫差較大,受熱不均勻,產生的熱應力也不均勻,轉子髮生彎麯變形進而引起轉子接觸踫磨故障,提齣處理方法與脩磨措施對損壞轉子進行脩複。

The abnormal phenomena of the working diene screw compressor unit in a refinery after annual maintenance was analyzed. It’s pointed out that the rub-impact fault during the compressor working was caused by the rotor bending deformation that was resulted by non-uniform thermal environment formed by big temperature difference between inlet and outlet, the processing method and grinding measures were put forward to repair the damaged rotor.
