Process flow, working conditions and technological renovation of the scrubber system in dry pulverized coal gasification unit were introduced. Through redesign of raw gas outlet and adding bubbling tower and hydrocyclone, the dust content in the syngas was effectively reduced below 0.5 mg/m3, large grained and fine slag in the blackwater could be separated, pipeline valve wear was under control.
