辽河石化公司南常、减压蒸馏装置主要以加工高酸辽河原油为主，由于原料油腐蚀性较强，设备腐蚀问题一直是困扰装置长周期运行的关键。针对高、低温设备腐蚀问题，分别采用材质升级和工艺防腐措施，同时加强对设备腐蚀的监控和预防，实现了装置的长周期安全稳定运行。

The south atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Liaohe Petrochemical Company mainly processes Liaohe high acid crude oil. Because the crude oil has strongcorrosivity, the corrosion problems of the equipments have been the key to the long period operation of the unit. Aiming at the high and low temperature corrosion problems, material upgrading and process corrosion protective measures have been carried out, at the same time monitoring and prevention of the corrosion have been strengthened, finally long period, safe and stable operation of the unit has been realized.
