微胶囊技术现已广泛应用于生物医药,环境保护,日用化工,农业科学及航空航天等领域,随着应用范围扩大,开发新技术与新方法制备微胶囊,使其具有更精确可控的结构已成为微胶囊技术发展的重大课题之一。选择两种生物相容性较好的天然聚电解质—羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和壳聚糖(CS),作为制备新型微胶囊的原料,利用聚阴离子羧甲基纤维素和聚阳离子壳聚糖之间的静电结合,成功制备出一种具有新结构的中空聚电解质微胶囊并初步研究了其形貌能基本性能。
微膠囊技術現已廣汎應用于生物醫藥,環境保護,日用化工,農業科學及航空航天等領域,隨著應用範圍擴大,開髮新技術與新方法製備微膠囊,使其具有更精確可控的結構已成為微膠囊技術髮展的重大課題之一。選擇兩種生物相容性較好的天然聚電解質—羧甲基纖維素(CMC)和殼聚糖(CS),作為製備新型微膠囊的原料,利用聚陰離子羧甲基纖維素和聚暘離子殼聚糖之間的靜電結閤,成功製備齣一種具有新結構的中空聚電解質微膠囊併初步研究瞭其形貌能基本性能。

The microcapsule technology is now widely used in biological medicine, environmental protection, daily chemical, agricultural science, aerospace and other fields. With expansion of its application scope, new technologies and methods for preparation of microcapsules are developedcontinually, making microcapsules have more precise controllable structure has become one of the major topics of microcapsule technology development. In this paper, two kinds of natural polyelectrolyte with good biological compatibility, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and chitosan (CS), were used as new type of microcapsule preparation raw materials to prepare hollow polyelectrolyte microcapsules with new structure by the electrostatic bonding between polyanionic cellulose and cationic chitosan, and its morphology and basic performance were studied.
