以WO3、Mg、C、NaCl以及Na2CO3为反应原料，采用燃烧合成法在Na2CO3不同摩尔量下大批量制备亚微米WC粉体，并对最终产物进行了SEM、XRD和粒度分析。结果表明：当Na2CO3摩尔量增加时，产物中WC含量增加，但没有得到完全单相的WC；WC的平均颗粒尺寸随Na2CO3摩尔量增大而显著下降，当Na2CO3含量为0.125 mol时，WC的平均颗粒尺寸可下降至190 nm。

Using WO3, Mg, C, NaCl and Na2CO3 as raw materials, under different molar amount of Na2CO3, submicron WC powders were prepared by combustion synthesis, and the final products were characterized by SEM, XRD and particle size analysis. The results show that, when the molar amount of Na2CO3 increases, WC content in the product increases, but a complete single phase of WC cannot be got; the average WC grain size decreases significantly with increasing of Na2CO3molar amount, when Na2CO3 is 0.125 mol, the average WC grain size can be reduced to 190 nm.
