Problems occurred in the operation of expander, lubrication system, heating gas system, sealing gas system, instrument gas system and related valves of the YPON-3750/1710 oxygen-nitrogen liquefaction device of Masteel. Causes of the problems were analyzed, specific modification measures based on the process features of the device were pre-sented and the results of the modification and new problems after the modification were de-scribed.
