目的：了解高职护理专业学生对老年高血压患者家庭护理的认知与态度。方法对218例高职学生进行关于老年高血压患者家庭护理的问卷调查，内容包括疾病基本知识、营养知识、健康教育、心理护理、家庭护理技能以及异常情况观察等方面。结果高职学生对老年高血压及其家庭护理了解程度较好者占19．72％和32．57％；有一定了解者占52．29％和45．41％；完全不了解者27．98％和22．02％。其相关知识问卷总分为（51．66±4．02）分；其中对心理护理了解最差，其次为营养知识、健康教育、疾病基本知识、异常情况的观察、家庭护理技能。结论高职学生对老年高血压患者家庭护理的认知与态度不容乐观，应加强相关知识和技能的教育，对减少患者并发症的发生、提高其生活质量具有重要意义。

목적：료해고직호리전업학생대노년고혈압환자가정호리적인지여태도。방법대218례고직학생진행관우노년고혈압환자가정호리적문권조사，내용포괄질병기본지식、영양지식、건강교육、심리호리、가정호리기능이급이상정황관찰등방면。결과고직학생대노년고혈압급기가정호리료해정도교호자점19．72％화32．57％；유일정료해자점52．29％화45．41％；완전불료해자27．98％화22．02％。기상관지식문권총분위（51．66±4．02）분；기중대심리호리료해최차，기차위영양지식、건강교육、질병기본지식、이상정황적관찰、가정호리기능。결론고직학생대노년고혈압환자가정호리적인지여태도불용악관，응가강상관지식화기능적교육，대감소환자병발증적발생、제고기생활질량구유중요의의。
Objective To analyze the cognition and attitude of family nursing for elderly patients with hypertension in higher voca -tional students.Methods By means of questionnaire ,a survey was conducted on 218 higher vocational students about the family nursing for elderly patients with hypertension ,including the basic disease knowledge ,nutrition,health education,mental nursing,home nursing skills and observation of abnormalities .Results The better master degree of hypertension and family nursing for elderly patients in higher vocational students accounted for 19.72%and 32.57%respectively ,having a certain understanding accounted for 52.29%and 45.41%,having no un-derstanding accounted for 27.98%and 22.02%.The total knowledge questionnaire score of higher vocational students was (51.66±4.02 ) .The acquaintance of mental nursing was the worst ,and the nutrition knowledge ,health education ,the basic knowledge of the disease ,observa-tion of abnormalities and the home nursing skills coming next .Conclusions The cognition and attitude of family nursing for elderly patients with hypertension is not optimistic for higher vocational students .The education of knowledge should be strengthened and capacity related the family nursing for elderly patients with hypertension .It has a great significance to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the qual -ity life of patients.
