目的：研究肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（ TRAIL）和顺铂对胶质母细胞瘤神经球细胞生长的抑制作用。方法培养人脑胶质母细胞瘤SC326神经球细胞，将其分为对照组、TRAIL组、顺铂组和联合用药组，MTS法检测药物作用后神经球细胞的死亡率；倒置显微镜观察药物作用后神经球形成情况。结果 TRAIL和顺铂均可以使神经球细胞死亡，两者联合作用后神经球细胞死亡率明显增加，与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。 TRAIL和顺铂均可以抑制神经球的形成，两者联合对神经球形成的抑制作用更明显。结论 TRAIL和顺铂可以抑制SC326神经球细胞生长，两者联合后可以发挥协同杀伤神经球细胞的作用。
목적：연구종류배사인자상관조망유도배체（ TRAIL）화순박대효질모세포류신경구세포생장적억제작용。방법배양인뇌효질모세포류SC326신경구세포，장기분위대조조、TRAIL조、순박조화연합용약조，MTS법검측약물작용후신경구세포적사망솔；도치현미경관찰약물작용후신경구형성정황。결과 TRAIL화순박균가이사신경구세포사망，량자연합작용후신경구세포사망솔명현증가，여대조조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。 TRAIL화순박균가이억제신경구적형성，량자연합대신경구형성적억제작용경명현。결론 TRAIL화순박가이억제SC326신경구세포생장，량자연합후가이발휘협동살상신경구세포적작용。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of TRAIL and cisplatin on the growth of glioblastoma neurospheres .Methods The cultured the humanglioblastoma neurosphere of SC 326 were divided into control ,TRAIL,cisplatin and combination groups ,the percentage of cell death of neurospheres was detected by MTS assay;the formation of neuroshpere was observed by inverted microscope .Results TRAIL and cisplatin single treatment or cooperation induced the cell death of neuroshperes ,the formation of neurospheres was inhibited after TRAIL and cisplatin single or combination .Conclusions TRAIL and cisplatin could inhibit the growth of SC 326 neuroshperes ,the combination of TRAIL and cisplatin have the synergistic effects on glioblsatoma neuroshperes .
