目的：探讨危重症患者治疗中给予高纤维营养液对血糖水平及预后的影响。方法选择75例出现高血糖反应的危重症患者，随机分为接受普通营养液治疗的常规组、接受普通营养液50％＋高纤营养液50％治疗的中间组、单纯接受高纤维营养液治疗的试验组，每组25例，对比应用不同营养液对患者血糖水平及预后的影响。结果三组接受治疗前血糖水平比较无统计学意义，经治疗3d后，试验组血糖明显下降，与中间组、常规组比较差异明显（P＜0．05）；三组治疗前APACHE评分大体相近，而在接受治疗后，试验组APACHE评分明显优于中间组、常规组（P＜0．05）；试验组和中间组，在院期间死亡率为8．0％，而常规组死亡率为32．0％，生存分析也证明实验组、中间组疗效明显优于常规组（ P＜0．05）。结论高纤维营养液可有效改善危重症患者的高血糖状态，并可改善患者的预后。
목적：탐토위중증환자치료중급여고섬유영양액대혈당수평급예후적영향。방법선택75례출현고혈당반응적위중증환자，수궤분위접수보통영양액치료적상규조、접수보통영양액50％＋고섬영양액50％치료적중간조、단순접수고섬유영양액치료적시험조，매조25례，대비응용불동영양액대환자혈당수평급예후적영향。결과삼조접수치료전혈당수평비교무통계학의의，경치료3d후，시험조혈당명현하강，여중간조、상규조비교차이명현（P＜0．05）；삼조치료전APACHE평분대체상근，이재접수치료후，시험조APACHE평분명현우우중간조、상규조（P＜0．05）；시험조화중간조，재원기간사망솔위8．0％，이상규조사망솔위32．0％，생존분석야증명실험조、중간조료효명현우우상규조（ P＜0．05）。결론고섬유영양액가유효개선위중증환자적고혈당상태，병가개선환자적예후。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrient solution for high fiber on blood glucose levels and prognosis in critically ill patients.Methods 75 cases of critically ill patients with high blood sugar response were randomly divided into control (general nutrition liquid treatment ) , middle ( received ordinary nutrient solution 50%+high fiber nutrition liquid 50%) , and experimental groups ( received high fiber nutrition therapy ) , 25 cases in each group , the level of blood glucose and prognosis between the three groups were compared .Re-sults The blood glucose levels of the three groups had no statistical significance .After treatment for 3 d, compared with those of middle and control groups, the level of blood glucose in experimental group was decreased obviously (P<0.05).The APACHE score in experimental group was better than that in middle and control groups (P<0.05).The effects of experimental and middle groups were better than that of control group .Conclusions Hgh fibre nutrition liquid could effectively improve hyperglycemia in critically ill patients , and improve the prognosis of the patients .
