针对原有煤矿泵房自动控制系统的缺陷,本文提出在原有控制理论基础之上,又新增加语音报警、视频联动、声音拾取、多系统融合深入分析几个模块,对采集的数据做理论分析,丰富了整个系统的功能,提高了自动化控制的可靠性。使在集控中心的远程操作人员不仅是简单地点击按钮来现场控制设备,更是从视觉和听觉等多个方面去实现泵房自动化的动态管理。

Aiming at the defects of the original pumping station automatic control system of coal mine, this paper put forward on the basis of the original control theory, and the new increase the voice alarm, video linkage, sound pickup, multi system integration and analysis module, the theoretical analysis of the collected data, enrich the whole system function, improve the reliability of automatic control. The operating personnel in remote centralized control center is not only simply click the button to the scene control device, is to achieve the dynamic management of pumping station automation from many aspects of visual and auditory etc.
