目的：探讨微创经皮肾镜碎石术的围手术期护理方法与体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年7月～2013年7月，对10例微创经皮肾镜碎石术的患者围手术期护理情况及临床资料。结果：本组患者经过积极的围手术期护理后，患者能够很好积极的配合手术，术后恢复良好，结石治愈清除率达90％。结论：积极的围手术期护理能够使微创经皮肾镜碎石术手术顺利进行，减轻病人痛苦，提高治愈率。

목적：탐토미창경피신경쇄석술적위수술기호리방법여체회。방법：회고성분석아원2011년7월～2013년7월，대10례미창경피신경쇄석술적환자위수술기호리정황급림상자료。결과：본조환자경과적겁적위수술기호리후，환자능구흔호적겁적배합수술，술후회복량호，결석치유청제솔체90％。결론：적겁적위수술기호리능구사미창경피신경쇄석술수술순리진행，감경병인통고，제고치유솔。
Objective:To investigate the experience of peri operation period of minimally invasive surgery and nursing methods of per-cutaneous renal lithotripsy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 July, 10 cases of minimally invasive nursing in the peri operation period of the situation and clinical data of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results:the patients af-ter active peri operation period nursing after operation, patients can be very good cooperate actively,postoperative recovery was good, stone clear rate of 90%cure.Conclusion:positive peri operation period nursing can make the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy operation smoothly, relieve the pain of patients, should improve the cure rate.
