目的：探讨手术修复鼻部皮肤缺损的方法及其临床疗效。方法：对45例鼻部皮肤缺损患者，分别采用原位缝合、全厚皮片移植以及局部皮瓣转移修复治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：术后随访发现全部患者切口均愈合良好，外形满意。结论：在手术修复鼻部皮肤缺损的治疗中应重视外形及功能的恢复，局部皮瓣可作为修复鼻部皮肤缺损的优先方法。
목적：탐토수술수복비부피부결손적방법급기림상료효。방법：대45례비부피부결손환자，분별채용원위봉합、전후피편이식이급국부피판전이수복치료，관찰림상료효。결과：술후수방발현전부환자절구균유합량호，외형만의。결론：재수술수복비부피부결손적치료중응중시외형급공능적회복，국부피판가작위수복비부피부결손적우선방법。
Abatract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reconstruction for external nose defect .Methords:45 patients with external nose defect were treated with primary closure, free and local skin flap,after surgery clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:45 cases were well healed.All defects were repaired successfully.There was no tumor recurrence after 3months to 2 years follow-up .Conclusion:The means with local flap to repair the defect in external nose should be superiority .
