目的：显微手术治疗颈段椎管神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤的效果分析。方法：选取经手术治疗颈段椎管内神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤的患者共计20例（对照组），同时选择经显微术治疗颈段椎管内神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤28例（观察组），回顾性分析2组患者临床资料和手术治疗后的效果。结果：观察组患者全部切除率为89．2％，对照组为75．0％，比较具有显著差异（ P＜0．05）。观察组痊愈率和好转率分别为82．2％和10．8％，对照组分别为70％和10％，比较具有显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：显微手术可明显提高全部切除率，且痊愈率和好转率也有明显提升，提高患者的康复率。
목적：현미수술치료경단추관신경초류화신경섬유류적효과분석。방법：선취경수술치료경단추관내신경초류화신경섬유류적환자공계20례（대조조），동시선택경현미술치료경단추관내신경초류화신경섬유류28례（관찰조），회고성분석2조환자림상자료화수술치료후적효과。결과：관찰조환자전부절제솔위89．2％，대조조위75．0％，비교구유현저차이（ P＜0．05）。관찰조전유솔화호전솔분별위82．2％화10．8％，대조조분별위70％화10％，비교구유현저차이（P＜0．05）。결론：현미수술가명현제고전부절제솔，차전유솔화호전솔야유명현제승，제고환자적강복솔。
Objective:To analyze the effect of microsurgery on the treatment of Cervical Schwannoma and NeurofibromaMethods:Choose 20 patients who have recieved the operation treating Cervical Schwannoma and Neurofibroma ( the control group ) , and 28 patients who have taken the microscopy method( the observation group) .Take retrospective analysis of the clinical data and postoperative effective-ness of the patients in both groups.Results:The total resection rate of the patients in observation group was 89.2%while the control group was 75.0%(P<0.05).The Cure rate and improvement rate in the observation group were 82.2%and 10.8%respectively while they were 70%and 10%respectively in the control group, which showed relatively significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsur-gery could significantly improve the total resection rate as well as the cure and improvement rate, which could lead to the improvement of recovery rate for patients.
