目的：分析和探讨辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法从我院高脂血症患者中选取76例，并将其分为治疗组和对照组，均38例，对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率和治疗前后血脂改善状况。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率高达81.58%同对照组患者的63.16%相比，P<0.05；将实施临床治疗前两组患者的血脂状况进行对比，P>0.05；血脂状况在治疗后两组患者均显著优于治疗前，且患者的血脂状况经治疗后治疗组显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论在治疗高脂血症疾病临床上辛伐他汀临床效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods In patients in our hospi-tal from high fat 76 subjects were selected, and divided into treatment group and control group, 38 cases, the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared before and after treatment the total efficiency and improve blood lipid status. Results The treatment group patients clinical treatment efficiency of up to 81.58% compared with the control group of 63.16% patients, P<0.05; com-pared two groups of patients with clinical treatment before the implementation status of blood lipid, P>0.05; after treatment, two groups of patients serum lipid levels were significantly better than before treatment, and the treatment group patients serum lipid levels of patients after treatment significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of hyperlipidemia disease clinical curative effect of simvastatin.
