为了探讨比较台农1号芒果“一年两熟”栽培过程中一次花和二次花的形态特性,对其一次花和二次花的花序长度、花朵直径、两性花比率、花粉活性、花粉量及花粉形态、大小进行了试验研究。结果表明:一次花和二次花的花序平均长度分别为30.74cm和20.67cm;一次花和二次花的直径平均长度分别为7.30mm和6.55mm;一次花和二次花的两性花比率较低,一次花的两性花比率为20.06%,二花的两性花比率为28.79%;一次花的花粉活性比二次花的花粉活性高,一次花的花粉活性为12.90%,二次花的花粉活性为7.63%;一次花的每花花药含花粉量为500个,二次花的每花花药含花粉量为333个;台农1号一次花和二次花的花粉形态可分为长椭圆形花粉、椭圆形花粉、近圆形花粉和不规则形花粉4个类型。
為瞭探討比較檯農1號芒果“一年兩熟”栽培過程中一次花和二次花的形態特性,對其一次花和二次花的花序長度、花朵直徑、兩性花比率、花粉活性、花粉量及花粉形態、大小進行瞭試驗研究。結果錶明:一次花和二次花的花序平均長度分彆為30.74cm和20.67cm;一次花和二次花的直徑平均長度分彆為7.30mm和6.55mm;一次花和二次花的兩性花比率較低,一次花的兩性花比率為20.06%,二花的兩性花比率為28.79%;一次花的花粉活性比二次花的花粉活性高,一次花的花粉活性為12.90%,二次花的花粉活性為7.63%;一次花的每花花藥含花粉量為500箇,二次花的每花花藥含花粉量為333箇;檯農1號一次花和二次花的花粉形態可分為長橢圓形花粉、橢圓形花粉、近圓形花粉和不規則形花粉4箇類型。

In order to compare the morphological characteristics of the first flowers and secondary flowers during the cultivation of Tainung No.1 mango“two crops a year”,the inflorescence length,flower diameter,bi?sexual flowers as well as pollen morphology and the pollen activity of the first flowers and secondary flow?ers were observed and analyzed in this paper. The results showed that:The average inflorescence length of the first and the secondary flowers were 30.74cm and 20.67cm,the average flower diameter of them were 7.30mm and 6.55mm,respectively;the ratio of bisexual flowers was lower,which of the first flowers was 20.06% and which of the secondary flowers 28.79%;the pollen activity of the first flowers(12.90%)was higher than the secondary flowers(7.63%);there was 500 pollen in each anther of the first flowers,and 333 of the secondary ones;Tainung No.1 mango was classified into four types including long elliptical pol?len,elliptical pollen,nearly round pollen and irregular pollen according to the pollen morphology and size of the first and secondary flowers. The results can provide fundamental basis for the high quality and effi?cient management of Tainung No.1 mango“two crops a year”cultivation.
