目的：分析单鼻孔经蝶内镜下鞍区肿瘤手术的临床效果。方法资料随机选取2010年6月-2013年6月本院行择期手术治疗的120例鞍区肿瘤患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组60例予以开放性手术治疗，研究组60例予以单鼻孔经碟内镜下手术治疗，分析两组患者围术期相关性指标、肿瘤切除及症状改善情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均明显少于对照组，患者肿瘤全切除38（63.33%）例明显多于对照组20（33.33%）例，部分切除6（10.00%）例明显少于对照组14（23.33%）例；研究组患者头晕、闭经、阳痿、泌乳及视力恢复等临床症状改善情况均明显多于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论单鼻孔经蝶内镜下鞍区肿瘤手术的临床效果显著，有效改善患者的临床症状，提高手术治疗有效率。
목적：분석단비공경접내경하안구종류수술적림상효과。방법자료수궤선취2010년6월-2013년6월본원행택기수술치료적120례안구종류환자，안조수궤수자표법분위량조，대조조60례여이개방성수술치료，연구조60례여이단비공경설내경하수술치료，분석량조환자위술기상관성지표、종류절제급증상개선정황。결과연구조환자수술시간、술중출혈량급주원시간균명현소우대조조，환자종류전절제38（63.33%）례명현다우대조조20（33.33%）례，부분절제6（10.00%）례명현소우대조조14（23.33%）례；연구조환자두훈、폐경、양위、비유급시력회복등림상증상개선정황균명현다우대조조，비교차이균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론단비공경접내경하안구종류수술적림상효과현저，유효개선환자적림상증상，제고수술치료유효솔。
Objective To analysis by the butterfly single nostril endoscopic surgery sellar tumors clinical effect. Methods Data were randomly selected in June 2010 June 2013 hospital elective surgery 120 cases of sellar tumors, according to the random num-ber table is divided into two groups, a control group of 60 patients to be open surgery, the study group 60 cases after the dish to be a single nostril endoscopic surgery, the two groups were analyzed perioperative correlation index, tumor resection and improvement of symptoms. Results Study patients operative time, blood loss and hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, 38 patients with tumor resection (63.33%) was significantly more than the control group, 20 cases (33.33%) cases, partial resection in 6 (10.00%) cases significantly less than the control group, 14 (23.33%) patients; dizziness patient study group, amenorrhea, impo-tence, lactation and clinical symptoms such as visual acuity improvement was significantly more than the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Butterfly clinical results within a single nostril endoscopic surgery via sellar tumors significantly improve clinical symptoms, improve surgical treatment efficiency.
