目的：探讨LCP内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折过程中微创钢板内固定技术的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年1~12月20例胫骨远端骨折患者，采用 LCP内固定治疗的方法，术中应用微创钢板内固定技术，术后一周内待疼痛消失进行膝、踝关节功能锻炼。定期通过CT照射了解骨折愈合情况，并根据骨折愈合情况指导患者负重行走时间。结果20例患者平均手术时间为63 min，术中平均失血量较少，仅为15 mL。经过后期随访发现，所有骨折患者均在2~6个月后实现骨性愈合，实现正常运动。根据Johner-Wruhs评分，在20例患者中，优16例、良3例、可1例，优良率95%。结论 LCP内固定手术中应用微创钢板内固定技术治疗胫骨远端骨折具有创伤小、术中出血少、愈合快等特点，在治疗胫骨远端骨折上有推广价值。
목적：탐토LCP내고정치료경골원단골절과정중미창강판내고정기술적응용효과。방법선취아원2012년1~12월20례경골원단골절환자，채용 LCP내고정치료적방법，술중응용미창강판내고정기술，술후일주내대동통소실진행슬、과관절공능단련。정기통과CT조사료해골절유합정황，병근거골절유합정황지도환자부중행주시간。결과20례환자평균수술시간위63 min，술중평균실혈량교소，부위15 mL。경과후기수방발현，소유골절환자균재2~6개월후실현골성유합，실현정상운동。근거Johner-Wruhs평분，재20례환자중，우16례、량3례、가1례，우량솔95%。결론 LCP내고정수술중응용미창강판내고정기술치료경골원단골절구유창상소、술중출혈소、유합쾌등특점，재치료경골원단골절상유추엄개치。
Objective To investigate the effect of LCP internal fixation technique in minimally invasive plate internal fixation of distal tibia in the process of application. Methods In our hospital in 2012 January~12 months 20 cases of distal tibial fracture pa-tients, using method of LCP internal fixation for the treatment of minimally invasive plate fixation technique, intraoperative, post-operative pain disappeared within one week of the knee, ankle joint function exercise. Regularly by CT irradiation to fracture heal-ing, and according to the fracture healing guide patient weight-bearing walking time. Results Of the 20 patients, the average op-eration time was 63min, the average blood loss less intraoperative, only 15mL. Through the late follow-up, all fractures were found at 2-6 months after the implementation of the bone healing, realize the normal movement. According to Johner-Wruhs score, in 20 patients, 16 cases were excellent, good in 3 cases, 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion Treatment of distal tibial has the characteristics of small trauma, less bleeding, faster healing of fracture, minimally invasive plate fixation technique using LCP internal fixation operation, in the treatment of distal to promote the value of fracture.
