目的：探讨和研究康妇消炎栓辅助治疗盆腔炎包块的临床疗效。方法46例盆腔炎包块患者，随机分为两组，对照组23例采用氧氟沙星、奥硝唑进行治疗，治疗组23例则在对照组治疗基础上加用康妇消炎栓进行治疗，两组患者治疗时间均为4周，治疗结束后对疗效进行统计。结果治疗组的总有效率95.7%显著优于对照组的73.9%(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率8.7%明显低于对照组的21.7%(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓辅助治疗盆腔炎包块疗效确切，安全性高。

목적：탐토화연구강부소염전보조치료분강염포괴적림상료효。방법46례분강염포괴환자，수궤분위량조，대조조23례채용양불사성、오초서진행치료，치료조23례칙재대조조치료기출상가용강부소염전진행치료，량조환자치료시간균위4주，치료결속후대료효진행통계。결과치료조적총유효솔95.7%현저우우대조조적73.9%(P<0.05)，불량반응발생솔8.7%명현저우대조조적21.7%(P<0.05)。결론강부소염전보조치료분강염포괴료효학절，안전성고。
Objective To explore and study the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in adjuvant treatment of pelvic inflammation mass. Methods A total of 46 pelvic inflammation mass cases were randomly divided into two group. The control group with 23 cases received ofloxacin and ornidazole treatment, and the treatment group with 23 cases received additional Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository treatment. All treatments lasted for 4 weeks, and the curative effects were statistically analyzed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group, as 95.7%, was obviously higher than 73.9%of the control group (P<0.05), and its incidence of adverse reactions, as 8.7%, was remarkably lower than 21.7%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository can provide precise curative effect with high safety in adjuvant treatment of pelvic inflammation mass.
