目的：运用三维对比增强磁共振血管成像(MRA)技术观察股动脉假性动脉瘤,明确其在诊断股动脉假性动脉瘤的应用价值。方法将MRA诊断股动脉假性动脉瘤患者27例纳入研究,观察其发生的部位及形态特征。结果19例瘤体与动脉呈窄基底相通,8例呈宽基底与动脉相连。结论三维对比增强MRA可以清晰的显示股动脉假性动脉瘤,应该作为首选检查方法。
목적：운용삼유대비증강자공진혈관성상(MRA)기술관찰고동맥가성동맥류,명학기재진단고동맥가성동맥류적응용개치。방법장MRA진단고동맥가성동맥류환자27례납입연구,관찰기발생적부위급형태특정。결과19례류체여동맥정착기저상통,8례정관기저여동맥상련。결론삼유대비증강MRA가이청석적현시고동맥가성동맥류,응해작위수선검사방법。
Objective To observe femoral pseudoaneurysm by using three dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and to investigate it application value in the diagnosis of femoral pseudoaneurysm. Methods A total of 27 femoral pseudoaneurysm patients, diagnosed by MRA, were selected as the study subjects, and their disease position and morphological characteristics were all observed. Results There were 19 cases with narrow based connection between tumor and artery and 8 cases with wide based connection. Conclusion Three dimensional contrast-enhanced MRA can clearly show femoral pseudoaneurysms, and it should be the preferred examination method.
