目的：分析腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用。方法100例泌尿外科患者随机分为实验组与对照组，各50例，对照组接受传统开放手术治疗，实验组接受腹腔镜手术治疗，对比效果。结果实验组与对照组比较，手术时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均较短，术中出血量较少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后12例出现并发症，占24.0%，实验组术后1例出现并发症，占2.0%，实验组与对照组比较，术后并发症发生率较低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病具有操作简便、创伤小、恢复快等优越性，值得推广。
목적：분석복강경수술재비뇨외과적응용。방법100례비뇨외과환자수궤분위실험조여대조조，각50례，대조조접수전통개방수술치료，실험조접수복강경수술치료，대비효과。결과실험조여대조조비교，수술시간、술후위장공능회복시간、주원시간균교단，술중출혈량교소，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대조조술후12례출현병발증，점24.0%，실험조술후1례출현병발증，점2.0%，실험조여대조조비교，술후병발증발생솔교저，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론복강경수술치료비뇨외과질병구유조작간편、창상소、회복쾌등우월성，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the application of laparoscopic surgery in urinary surgery. Methods A total of 100 urology patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open surgery, while the experimental group received laparoscopic surgery. The effects were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, and hospital stays in the experimental groups were all shorter than the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less. The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). There were 12 cases with postoperative complications in the control group, which accounted for 24.0%, while there was 1 case in the experimental group, which accounted for 2.0%. Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower incidence of postoperative complications, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of laparoscopic surgery in treating urology diseases has the advantages of simple operation, little surgical trauma, and rapid recovery. It is worth promoting.
