Hysteroscope%Laparoscope%Cornual pregnancy
目的：探讨宫腹腔镜联合诊治宫角妊娠的效果。方法对36例宫角妊娠患者行宫腹腔镜联合诊治,分析诊治效果。结果36例患者均在宫腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,无持续妊娠。平均手术时间(50±15)min,术中出血50~100 ml。每周复查血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG),术后15~28 d内均降至正常,术后3个月行碘油造影,宫腔形态正常,双侧输卵管通畅。结论宫腹腔镜联合诊治宫角妊娠安全有效,值得临床推广。

목적：탐토궁복강경연합진치궁각임신적효과。방법대36례궁각임신환자행궁복강경연합진치,분석진치효과。결과36례환자균재궁복강경하순리완성수술,무중전개복,무지속임신。평균수술시간(50±15)min,술중출혈50~100 ml。매주복사혈인융모막촉성선격소(β-HCG),술후15~28 d내균강지정상,술후3개월행전유조영,궁강형태정상,쌍측수란관통창。결론궁복강경연합진치궁각임신안전유효,치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscope combined with hysteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods A total of 36 cases of cornual pregnancy received laparoscope combined with hysteroscope treatment, and the curative effects were analyzed. Results All the 36 cases underwent successful surgery by hysteroscope and laparoscope, and no laparotomy and persistent pregnancy occurred. The average operation time was (50±15) min, and the intraoperartive bleeding volume was 50~100 ml. Human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) was rechecked in every week and it decreased to normal level within 15~28 d after surgery. Iodized oil imaging in 3 months after surgery showed that the uterine cavity form was normal and two fallopian tubes were unobstructed. Conclusion Laparoscope combined with hysteroscope is safe and effective in diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy, and this method is worth clinical promotion.
