采用微波加热的方法对混凝土试件进行养护,促进混凝土的凝结硬化在短时间内即可形成一定的强度,并建立了以此方式测定的混凝土早期强度与标准养护条件下混凝土后期强度的关系,实现了在混凝土浇筑后6h内测定混凝土强度,为混凝土强度的快速测量提供了一种有效手段。

In this paper, concrete specimens were cured in microwave heating environment. This accelerated the setting and hardening of cement so that a required strength could be formed in a short period. Once the strength in early age by the above method was related to the strength in late age of concrete cured in standard environment. The research accomplished testing concrete strength in 6 hours after concrete casting, and provid-ed an effective method of concrete strength testing in early age.
