通过对紧凑城市的概念和核心理念的阐述，结合国内城市边缘大型居住区的实际情况，分析了其目前发展中面临的主要问题，从土地集约利用、提高住区密度；功能复合多样、完善基础设施；公交优先发展、节约资源消耗三方面入手，初步探寻紧凑城市理念指导下的城市边缘大型居住区的规划对策。
通過對緊湊城市的概唸和覈心理唸的闡述，結閤國內城市邊緣大型居住區的實際情況，分析瞭其目前髮展中麵臨的主要問題，從土地集約利用、提高住區密度；功能複閤多樣、完善基礎設施；公交優先髮展、節約資源消耗三方麵入手，初步探尋緊湊城市理唸指導下的城市邊緣大型居住區的規劃對策。

Through illustrating compact city concept and core idea, combining with actual domestic edge city large-scale residential community conditions, the paper analyzes its major development problems. Starting from three aspects of intensive land utilization by improving residential density, various functions by improving facilities, public transportation priority by saving energy consumption, it explores edge city large-scale residential community planning countermeasures under the guidance of compact city concept.
