在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应曲面分析法优化桑黄(Phellinus igniarius)液体发酵产胞外多糖的发酵工艺条件,结果表明:桑黄胞外多糖的最佳液体发酵培养条件为葡萄糖15.82 g/L,玉米粉10.51 g/L,豆饼粉9.55 g/L;此条件下的验证试验表明,此时胞外多糖的得率为461.72 mg/L,与理论值基本吻合。
在單因素試驗的基礎上,通過Box-Benhnken組閤設計和響應麯麵分析法優化桑黃(Phellinus igniarius)液體髮酵產胞外多糖的髮酵工藝條件,結果錶明:桑黃胞外多糖的最佳液體髮酵培養條件為葡萄糖15.82 g/L,玉米粉10.51 g/L,豆餅粉9.55 g/L;此條件下的驗證試驗錶明,此時胞外多糖的得率為461.72 mg/L,與理論值基本吻閤。

Analysis of three-level Box-Behnken factorial design with response surface methodology (RSM) was conducted on fermentation technology for extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) production from Phellinus igniarius based on single factor experiment. The result showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: glucose 15.82 g/L, corn meal 10.51 g/L and soybean cake powder 9.55 g/L. Verification test demonstrated that the average yield of EPS was 461.72 mg/L, similar to theoretical value of 476.99 mg/L.
