研究了棉籽壳、玉米芯、大豆秸、棉柴屑、金针菇(Flammulina velutipes )菌糠、废棉、木屑等7种培养料对糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus )熟料栽培的影响。结果表明:大豆秸、玉米芯、废棉吸水能力和持水能力都比较强;糙皮侧耳栽培期间,7种培养料含水量和 pH 值呈现相似的变化规律,除灭菌后到菌丝满袋期培养料含水量和 pH 值上升外,其它时期均下降;糙皮侧耳菌丝在大豆秸上生长最快、长势最好,在木屑和玉米芯上生长最慢、长势最差;在废棉、大豆秸上产量较高,在木屑上产量最低。

연구료면자각、옥미심、대두갈、면시설、금침고(Flammulina velutipes )균강、폐면、목설등7충배양료대조피측이(Pleurotus ostreatus )숙료재배적영향。결과표명:대두갈、옥미심、폐면흡수능력화지수능력도비교강;조피측이재배기간,7충배양료함수량화 pH 치정현상사적변화규률,제멸균후도균사만대기배양료함수량화 pH 치상승외,기타시기균하강;조피측이균사재대두갈상생장최쾌、장세최호,재목설화옥미심상생장최만、장세최차;재폐면、대두갈상산량교고,재목설상산량최저。
The water content and pH of seven cultivation substrates (cottonseed hulls,corncobs,soybean stalks,cotton stalk sawdust,spent Flammuina velutipes substrate,sawdust,cotton waste)were measured, and mycelial growth rates and biological efficiency values during the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were determined.Soybean stalks,corncobs,and cotton waste had higher water absorbing and holding capacities. Water content of all the substrates increased after sterilization and during the period of substrate colonization and then decreased.pH values decreased after sterilisation,increased during substrate colonisation and then decreased.Mycelial growth rates were highest on soybean stalks and lowest on sawdust and corncobs. Biological efficiency values were highest on cotton waste and soybean stalks,and lowest on sawdust.
