开展利用微生物发酵床养猪垫料废料(不同添加比例)栽培毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha )研究,分析其对毛木耳的产量、品质及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,垫料添加到30%时(垫料30%,木屑49%,棉籽壳11%,麸皮7%,1%石膏,1%石灰,1%轻质碳酸钙,含水量为63%),产量最高,每袋达到269 g,比对照提高11.16%(P <0.01),其子实体中磷、钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌及锰含量均比对照高,且子实体中铅、镉、砷和汞含量符合绿色食品标准。
開展利用微生物髮酵床養豬墊料廢料(不同添加比例)栽培毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha )研究,分析其對毛木耳的產量、品質及重金屬含量的影響。結果錶明,墊料添加到30%時(墊料30%,木屑49%,棉籽殼11%,麩皮7%,1%石膏,1%石灰,1%輕質碳痠鈣,含水量為63%),產量最高,每袋達到269 g,比對照提高11.16%(P <0.01),其子實體中燐、鉀、鈉、鈣、鎂、鐵、鋅及錳含量均比對照高,且子實體中鉛、鎘、砷和汞含量符閤綠色食品標準。
개전이용미생물발효상양저점료폐료(불동첨가비례)재배모목이(Auricularia polytricha )연구,분석기대모목이적산량、품질급중금속함량적영향。결과표명,점료첨가도30%시(점료30%,목설49%,면자각11%,부피7%,1%석고,1%석회,1%경질탄산개,함수량위63%),산량최고,매대체도269 g,비대조제고11.16%(P <0.01),기자실체중린、갑、납、개、미、철、자급맹함량균비대조고,차자실체중연、력、신화홍함량부합록색식품표준。
A mixture consisting of 50% rice chaff and 50% sawdust,supplemented with a live microbial preparation (Lingpaifang No.Ⅰ diluted 1000-fold to adjust the overall water concentration to 45%),was fermented for 2-3 days at 70 ℃ and then used as bedding material in a pig house.After 18 months,the spent litter remaining was incorporated into ten growth substrate formulae used to cultivate Auricularia polytricha . One of these (Substrate A3 consisting of 49% sawdust,30% spent litter,11% cotton seed hulls,7% wheat bran,1% gypsum,1% lime,1% CaCO3 and 63% water)produced the highest fruit body yield of 269 g/bag, which was higher of 11.16% (P <0.01)compared to controls.P,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn levels in fruit bodies were higher than controls,and Pb,Cd,As and Hg levels in fruit bodies were lower than the safe thresholds defined for Green Food.
