刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii ,杏鲍菇)在工厂化瓶栽条件下,需要产菇数少,均菇重高,产量高的品种。笔者选用杏鲍菇19号菌株为材料,从其自交子一代(S1代)中筛选出一株单产高于亲本,产菇数和均菇重表现均优于亲本的菌株 U5,对菌株 U5单产、均菇重、产菇数等重要农艺性状进行了测定,比较 U5菌株的 S1代群体和19号菌株的 S1代群体的农艺性状差异。结果表明：新品种 U5菌株单产在100 g 以上的频次达80%,产菇数少于4个的频次为93%,均菇重小于30 g 的频次仅为5%。U5菌株 S1代在均菇重和产菇数两个农艺性状上都优于19号菌株的 S1代,在单产上两株菌株的 S1代没有明显的差异。

Pleurotus eryngii strain U5 (derived by inbreeding two single spore isolates from P .eryngii parental strain 19)was selected for industrial bottle cultivation on the basis of fruit body fresh weight,count and yield per bottle.Up to 80% of the cultivation bottles produced yields >100 g fresh weight,93% of the bottles contained less than four fruit bodies,and the fresh weight per individual fruit body ranged from 32.2 g to 58 g.The average fresh weight of individual fruit bodies from S1 progeny of U5 was higher,and the number of fruit bodies per bottle was less,compared to S1 progeny derived from parental stain No.19, but there was no significant difference in yield per bottle.
