目的:肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)是一种多肽生长因子,具有促进细胞增殖、诱导细胞迁移和形态改变的作用。本研究探讨 HGF 对人胃癌细胞株 AGS 增殖的影响。方法:体外培养人胃癌细胞株 AGS,应用浓度为25、50、75、100 ng/mL 的 HGF 分别处理 AGS 细胞24 h、48 h、72 h,采用 CCK-8法检测 AGS 细胞的增殖情况。结果:CCK-8法检测结果显示,不同浓度的 HGF 对 AGS 细胞均有促增殖作用,随着 HGF 浓度的增加或作用时间的延长,细胞增殖活力呈上升趋势,在72 h 最为明显,呈时间、浓度依赖关系(t 为3.89、5.28、9.73、11.00,P <0.01)。结论:HGF 能显著促进人胃癌细胞株 AGS 的增殖。

목적:간세포생장인자(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)시일충다태생장인자,구유촉진세포증식、유도세포천이화형태개변적작용。본연구탐토 HGF 대인위암세포주 AGS 증식적영향。방법:체외배양인위암세포주 AGS,응용농도위25、50、75、100 ng/mL 적 HGF 분별처리 AGS 세포24 h、48 h、72 h,채용 CCK-8법검측 AGS 세포적증식정황。결과:CCK-8법검측결과현시,불동농도적 HGF 대 AGS 세포균유촉증식작용,수착 HGF 농도적증가혹작용시간적연장,세포증식활력정상승추세,재72 h 최위명현,정시간、농도의뢰관계(t 위3.89、5.28、9.73、11.00,P <0.01)。결론:HGF 능현저촉진인위암세포주 AGS 적증식。
Objective:Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)is a polypeptide growth factor with effects on the cell proliferation, motility,and morphogenesis.The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of HGF on the proliferation of human gas-tric cancer cell line AGS.Methods:Human gastric cancer cell line AGS was cultured in vitro.AGS cells were treated with 25, 50 ,75 and 100ng/mL of HGF for 24 h,48 h and 72 h,respectively.Cell proliferation was measured by CCK-8 assay.Results:CCK-8 assay result showed that compared with the control,all of the four concentrations of HGF could increase the prolifera-tion of AGS cells.With the increase of HGF concentration and treating time,the proliferation activity of AGS cells was the up-ward trend in a dose-and time-dependent manner (t=3.89,5.28,9.73,11.00,P <0.01).Conclusions:HGF can significant-ly promote the proliferation of human gastric cancer AGS cells.
