This paper presents the principle and superior performance of evaporative cooling media filter, intro-duces the types and classification of the evaporative cooling media and summarizes the requirements and impacts on water quality in practical application.Besides, the research status of air purgative performance of evaporative cooling pad is reviewed.Combined with the working principle of the filter, the main development directions of e-vaporative cooling air conditioning system are forecasted in order to improve the efficiency of dust removal.
