采用反相悬浮法,通过环氧氯丙烷交联制备β-环糊精改性交联壳聚糖微球(CDS),用FTIR和SEM进行表征,研究其对甲基橙(MO)的吸附和缓释性能。考察吸附时间、溶液pH值、MO浓度、温度等因素对CDS微球吸附的影响,并与交联壳聚糖(CTS)微球进行比较。结果表明,在pH 4.0、交联CTS微球1 h可达吸附平衡,而CDS 2 h达到平衡;吸附数据均符合Freundlich等温方程和二级动力学方程。

채용반상현부법,통과배양록병완교련제비β-배호정개성교련각취당미구(CDS),용FTIR화SEM진행표정,연구기대갑기등(MO)적흡부화완석성능。고찰흡부시간、용액pH치、MO농도、온도등인소대CDS미구흡부적영향,병여교련각취당(CTS)미구진행비교。결과표명,재pH 4.0、교련CTS미구1 h가체흡부평형,이CDS 2 h체도평형;흡부수거균부합Freundlich등온방정화이급동역학방정。
The chitosan microspheres immobilized with β-cyclodextrin (CDS)were prepared by reversed-phase suspension,cross linked with epichlorohydin,and the adsorption capacities of the modified micro-spheres for methyl orange (MO)were studied.The structure of microspheres was characterized by FTIR and SEM.The effects of adsorption conditions,such as time,pH,temperature,the concentration of MO and the CDS microspheres adsorption efficiency. The experimental results suggested that, at pH4.0, adsorption balance time of cross-linking chitosan microspheres was 1 h.CDS of microspheres was 2 h.Ad-sorption data were fitted to the Freundlich isothermal equation and second-order kinetic.
