研究基于钢渣粉作为活性掺合料用于混凝土行业。用云南某工业废渣综合利用开发有限公司生产的钢渣粉,与矿渣粉复掺,制备C30混凝土,研究掺钢渣粉混凝土和基准混凝土的流动性和塌落度损失,探索钢渣微粉与萘系及聚羧酸减水剂的适应性。研究结果表明,钢渣粉的掺入不会影响混凝土对减水剂的适应性,有利于降低混凝土的塌落度损失。

연구기우강사분작위활성참합료용우혼응토행업。용운남모공업폐사종합이용개발유한공사생산적강사분,여광사분복참,제비C30혼응토,연구참강사분혼응토화기준혼응토적류동성화탑락도손실,탐색강사미분여내계급취최산감수제적괄응성。연구결과표명,강사분적참입불회영향혼응토대감수제적괄응성,유리우강저혼응토적탑락도손실。
Based on steel slag as an active admixture for concrete industry,C30 concrete was prepared with waste utilization of steel slag powder and slag powder,which were produced by Yunnan Kunming Steel Industry Development Co..Mixed concrete and steel slag powder flowability and slump loss of con-crete were studied.Slag powder and naphthalene and polycarboxylate adaptability were explored.The results demonstrate that the incorporation of slag powder does not affect the suitability of concrete super-plasticizer,but helps to reduce the concrete slump loss.
