通过对转炉工序钢水增氮与排氮的热力学和动力学分析,结合大量生产实践,探讨了转炉复吹制度、原材料加入与搭配、吹炼过程控制、出钢控制、脱氧合金化制度以及炉口微差压等方面对钢液增氮的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。
通過對轉爐工序鋼水增氮與排氮的熱力學和動力學分析,結閤大量生產實踐,探討瞭轉爐複吹製度、原材料加入與搭配、吹煉過程控製、齣鋼控製、脫氧閤金化製度以及爐口微差壓等方麵對鋼液增氮的影響,併提齣瞭相應的改進措施。
통과대전로공서강수증담여배담적열역학화동역학분석,결합대량생산실천,탐토료전로복취제도、원재료가입여탑배、취련과정공제、출강공제、탈양합금화제도이급로구미차압등방면대강액증담적영향,병제출료상응적개진조시。
The thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of increasing nitrogen and nitrogen discharge was done in the molten steel converter process.Combined with a large number of production practice,the influ-ence of combined blown converter system,raw materials adding and collocation,converting process con-trol,discharge control,the steel deoxidation alloying system as well as the throat opening differential pressure to the steel liquid nitrogen were discussed.The relative improvement measures were given.
