钱塘江大潮在每年吸引大量游人的同时也频发安全事故。为提高潮涌预报水平,基于传统预报算法,提出一种基于涌潮动态监测的钱塘江潮涌分段实时预报算法。该算法具有自学习、自适应功能,可通过下游监测信息来预测涌潮达到上游站点的时间。实验结果表明,该算法对涌潮到达时间的预报精度达到分钟级水平。
錢塘江大潮在每年吸引大量遊人的同時也頻髮安全事故。為提高潮湧預報水平,基于傳統預報算法,提齣一種基于湧潮動態鑑測的錢塘江潮湧分段實時預報算法。該算法具有自學習、自適應功能,可通過下遊鑑測信息來預測湧潮達到上遊站點的時間。實驗結果錶明,該算法對湧潮到達時間的預報精度達到分鐘級水平。

A lot of visitors are attracted by QianTang River tide every year ,but it also leads to dangerous accidents .In order to improve the level of real-time detecting and forecasting of tide bore ,we proposed a real-time prediction algorithm that is based on water level data and black -box modeling theory .The algorithm owns self -learning and self -adaptive function and can forecast arriving upstream time of tidal bore by real-time data of downstream water level .In a result ,the algorithm has a higher precision of forecasting arriving time of tidal bore and reaches the level of minutes .
