为研究翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)早期阶段形态性状的生长规律和生长特征,并判定其最佳生长季节体格与月龄的关系,采用主成分和判别分析的方法对2~6月龄翘嘴鳜的全长、体长、体高、头长、眼径、尾长、尾柄长、尾柄高和体质量等9个性状进行分析。结果表明:翘嘴鳜各月龄各性状间均呈不同程度的正相关,各月龄体质量、全长、体长和体高之间显著相关,眼径与其他性状的相关系数均较小;各月龄第一主成分始终指向翘嘴鳜的生长发育情况,第二主成分有所不同,2~4月龄指向眼睛发育情况,5和6月龄分别指向头部发育和尾部发育情况。通过建立判别式来判断错过最佳生长季节翘嘴鳜的体格与大小相符的月龄,判别结果表明,总的判别准确率为98.87%。翘嘴鳜早期阶段的体长(L)–体质量(W)关系式为: W=2.58×10–2L2.9985(R2=0.994),表明翘嘴鳜早期生长属于等速生长。本研究证明了体质量、体长和体高是影响翘嘴鳜早期生长阶段最重要的性状指标,建立了翘嘴鳜早期生长阶段的判别式,发现了翘嘴鳜早期生长阶段为等速生长,为翘嘴鳜早期生长阶段的选育提供理论依据和理想的测量指标。

In order to research the early-stage growth of morphological traits of Siniperca chuatsi and judge the age matching with the size of S. chuatsi missing the best growing season, data of body mass, total length, body length, body depth, head length, eye diameter, tail length, caudal peduncle length, caudal peduncle depth were collected from S. chuatsi at 2 to 6 months of age in this study. The morphological traits were analyzed by principal component and dis-criminant analysis. The results showed that there are different degrees of correlation among all the morphological traits at different age phases, the relationships between body mass and total length and body length and body depth are rela-tively higher, and that between eye diameter and other traits is relatively lower. The first principal component always reflects the growth and development of S. chuatsi at all the age phases. The second principal components of S. chuatsi at different months of age are different. The second principal component reflects the development of eyes from 2 to 4 months of age, while that reflects the development of head and tail at 5 and 6 months of age, respectively. The month age closely related to the size of S. chuatsi which has missed the best growing period can be typed by employing the discriminant equations established in this paper, the method is stepwise discrimination analysis and the result shows 98.87%of accuracy. The body length-mass relation equation is W=2.58×10–2L2.9985(R2=0.994) in the early stage of S. chuatsi, which demonstrate that the body mass and length of S. chuatsi grow in similar velocity. This study proved that body mass, body length and body depth are the most important morphological traits in the early growth stage of S. chuatsi, established the discriminant equations in the early growth stage of S. chuatsi, demonstrated that the body mass and length of S. chuatsi grow in similar velocity. This paper provides theoretical evidence and perfect measure targets for breeding of S. chuatsi in the early growth stage in aquaculture.
