由于转炉汽化冷却系统具有冷却转炉煤气同时回收热量的突出优势,目前国内外转炉炼钢的煤气冷却系统已大部分采用汽化冷却系统。但国内的转炉汽化冷却系统在使用中还存在不少问题,主要表现为核心设备转炉余热锅炉寿命较短。造成转炉余热锅炉寿命较短有设计、制造原因,也有操作使用原因。文章对引起转炉余热锅炉破损的主要操作原因进行了分析,并提出了防范和避免措施,若在操作中加以严格执行就能有效防止由于操作不当引起的转炉余热锅炉破损,从而延长设备的使用寿命。

Nowadays, evaporative cooling systems are widely used for the cooling of LDG in the world because of its outstanding advantages of cooling LDG and heat recovery at the same time.However, there are many problems in the using of evaporative cooling system for converter in china now, one of the main problems is the life span of the waste heat boiler, which is the core equipment of evaporative cooling system, is short.There are causes of design, manufacture and operation for the short life span. The main operation causes were analyzed and measures of prevention and avoidance were put forward. If these measures were carried out strictly in operation, the damage of waste heat boiler resulted from improper operation could be effectively avoided and the life span of the equipment could be extended.
