利用Fluent软件,以规格为Ф4.4×16.5m的底吹熔炼炉为研究对象建立数学模型,选择VOF两相流模型对其氧枪吹氧过程和气液两相流在熔池中的相互作用进行数值模拟计算,结果表明:7°氧枪比22°氧枪在熔池内形成旋流的对称性和完整性好,但搅拌作用较差,死区范围较大;底吹流量在10~50m3/h范围内,随着底吹流量增加,射流流股变得连续和集中,气体对熔池内液相搅拌作用增强,液面波动变大。

Using fluent software, a numerical model was set up based on a bottom-blown smelting furnace whose size is Ф4.4 ×16.5m.In the model, VOF model was used to simulate the blowing process and reactions between gas and liquid in the bath.The results show that 7°oxygen lance forms a better symmetric flow and better integrity than the 22°one, thus, leading to a bigger dead zone range because of worse agitations;in the range of 10~50m3/h, with the increase of the blowing flow rate, the jet stream is more continuous and concentrative, mixing effect of gas jet in the molten pool increa-ses, level fluctuation becomes larger.
