目的:观察高压氧疗法是否对治疗成年患者胫骨骨折延迟愈合有效,研究其在治疗成年胫骨骨折延迟愈合中…的作用。方法选取2010年12月~2013年1月于吉林大学中…日联谊医院收治的成年胫骨骨折延迟愈合的患者44例,将这些患者随机分为对照组和试验组,其中…对照组22例,年龄29~57岁(平…均年龄41岁);试验组(高压氧组)22例,年龄30~55岁(平…均年龄40岁)。对照组给予促进骨折愈合药物(骨瓜提取物)静脉滴注治疗,并给予中…频脉冲电治疗及功能康复训练。试验组在对照组的治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗。于第30天、60天、90天、120天、150天、180天各拍摄 X 线正侧位片,行骨痂影像观察并评分。采用 SPSS11.5软件,采用χ2和 t 检验进行组间比较。结果治疗6个月后,对照组痊愈 4例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率为50%,治愈率为18%;试验组:痊愈12例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率为95%,治愈率为55%。两组总有效率、治愈率对比有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论高压氧疗法对于治疗成年人胫骨骨折延迟愈合有效,高压氧治疗能够显著促进骨痂的形成。

Objective To observe hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the treatment of adult patients with delayed union of tibial fracture effectively. Study of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of adult tibial fracture healing delay. Methods Selected 44 cases of adult patients with delayed union of tibial fracture from 2010 December to 2013 January in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. These patients were randomly divided into control group and test group. The control group was consist of 22 cases, between the ages of 29 to 57 years(mean age 41 years). The test group(HBO group)had 22 cases, aged between 30 to 55 years(mean age 40 years). The two groups had no significant difference in age (P < 0.05). The control group was given to promote fracture healing drugs(bone melon extract)intravenous infusion therapy, and give the frequency electric pulse treatment and rehabilitation training(given appropriate stress). The test group increase of hyperbaric oxygen therapy based on the control group treatment. In 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, 150 days, 180 days respectively examined with anterioposterior and lateral film to callus image observation and evaluation. Statistical analysis using SPSS11.5 software package, using χ2 and t test for comparison between groups. Results The treatment for a period of 6 months. The control group: the patients recovered in 4 cases, effective in 7 cases, treatment was invalid in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 50%, the cure rate was 18%. The test group: the patients recovered in 12 cases, effective in 9 cases, treatment was invalid in 1 cases, the total effective rate was 95%, the cure rate was 55%. To compare the total efficiency and the cure rate of two groups were found to have statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be effective in the treatment of adult tibial fracture delayed union, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly promote the formation of callus.
