目的：对全甲状腺切除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床效果进行探究分析。方法随机将我院2010年4月～2011年4月收治的82例分化型甲状腺癌患者分为42例观察组和40例对照组，分别给予全甲状腺切除术和次全切术治疗。结果观察组患者并发症率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者的复发率明…显低于对照组（P ＜0.01）。结论治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者采用全甲状腺切除术，能够明…显降低复发率，疗效较确切。

Objective Total thyroidectomy for the treatment of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma to explore the clinical effect analysis. Methods Differentiated thyroid cancer patients in our hospital in April 2010~April 2011 were treated 82 cases of were divided into 42 cases of observation group and 40 cases in the control group were treated with total thyroidectomy and subtotal resection. Results complication rate was higher in patients in the observation group (P<0.05), the relapse rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Treatment of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma total thyroidectomy, can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
