Career planning is the subject for life that each student should face. This paper has a discus?sion about the basic path of integrating the higher vocational college students’career planning with the profes?sional experience. The college should enhance the cooperation with the enterprises and encourage the teachers and students to participate in the professional experience. The paper puts forth the procedures of the implemen?tation of the professional experience as well.
