Objective On the standardized patients+disputes role play mode to improve medical record medical students communication skills of inquiry. Methods Selection in our hospital internship 46 medical students and divide the students randomly into experimental group and control group. Results The experimental group of medical students communication skills score (67.9+10.6) were significantly higher than the control group of medical students communication skills score (52.4+12.5), degree of satisfaction and the experimental group of medical students (91.31%). Conclusion Standardized patients+disputes of medical record cosplay model significantly improves the physician-patient communication skills for the medical students.
