The basic principles of GC‐MS technology as well as its applications in the structure determination and composition analysis of organosilicon compounds in recent years were briefly reviewed in this paper .The EI mass spectra fragmentation nules of silicone compounds were also summarized ,which could help to improve the GC‐MS spectra database .
