采用掺Al-TiO2作为改性剂制备改性膨润土,考察了TiO2改性剂用量、铝盐掺杂量、微波辐射功率、辐射时间对废水中苯酚去除效果的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:TiO2改性剂用量14 mmol/10g,铝盐掺杂量2 mmol/10g,微波辐射功率260 W,辐射时间8 min。pH值为8.5、改性膨润土投加量为2 g/L时,对初始质量浓度200 mg/L的含酚废水去除率达84%以上。

채용참Al-TiO2작위개성제제비개성팽윤토,고찰료TiO2개성제용량、려염참잡량、미파복사공솔、복사시간대폐수중분분거제효과적영향。결과표명,최가제비조건위:TiO2개성제용량14 mmol/10g,려염참잡량2 mmol/10g,미파복사공솔260 W,복사시간8 min。pH치위8.5、개성팽윤토투가량위2 g/L시,대초시질량농도200 mg/L적함분폐수거제솔체84%이상。
Modiifed bentonite was prepared by means of adsorbent from Aluminum-doped TiO2. Effects of TiO2 modiifer dosage, the amount of aluminous dope, microwave power, microwave time on phenol removal efifciency in wastewater were investigated. The experimental results showed that the best prepared conditions were TiO2 modiifer dosage of 14 mmol/10g, Aluminous-doped dosage of 2 mmol/10g, microwave power 260 W and microwave time 8min. Under the following conditions: pH value 8.5, modiifed bentonite dosage of 2 g/L, the removal rate of phenol will be up to 84% at a initial concentration of 200 mg/L in wastewater.
