Objective To explore the system evaluation of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2009 to January 2014 of our hospital clinical data of 78 patients with diabetic cerebral infarction. Results The control group, 39 cases of diabetic cerebral infarction patients by routine western medicine treatment, the total effective rate was 74.36%; Observation group 40 patients, by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group, by comparison, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction clinical curative effect, is worthy of popularization and application.
