目的：观察甲氨蝶呤治疗中…重度银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取来…我院进行治疗的中…重度银屑病患者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组患者口服甲氨蝶呤进行治疗，对照组患者口服复方氨肽素片进行治疗。同时两组患者均采取外用凡士林软膏进行辅助治疗。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率为84.0%，显著高于对照组患者的60.0%（χ2=4.0922，P ＜0.05）。治疗组有1例患者出现纳差、恶心、呕吐、丙氨酸转氨酶轻度升高不良反应，对照组有2例患者出现恶心、呕吐不良反应（P ＞0.05）。结论甲氨蝶呤在中…重度银屑病治疗中…具有起效快、疗效显著，价格低廉等…优势，是目前治疗中…重度银屑病的有效药物。
목적：관찰갑안접령치료중…중도은설병적림상료효。방법선취래…아원진행치료적중…중도은설병환자50례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각25례。치료조환자구복갑안접령진행치료，대조조환자구복복방안태소편진행치료。동시량조환자균채취외용범사림연고진행보조치료。결과치료조환자적림상치료총유효솔위84.0%，현저고우대조조환자적60.0%（χ2=4.0922，P ＜0.05）。치료조유1례환자출현납차、악심、구토、병안산전안매경도승고불량반응，대조조유2례환자출현악심、구토불량반응（P ＞0.05）。결론갑안접령재중…중도은설병치료중…구유기효쾌、료효현저，개격저렴등…우세，시목전치료중…중도은설병적유효약물。
Objective Observing the clinical curative effect of methotrexate in severe psoriasis. Method Selected 50 cases of patients with severe psoriasis in our hospital, randomly divided them into each 25 cases of the treatment group and control group. the patients in the treatment group had oral administration of methotrexate, the patients in the control group had oral administration of compound amino-polypeptide tablets, at the same time, two groups of patients external using vaseline ointment to proceeded the adjuvant therapy. Result In the treatment group, the clinical total effective treatment rate was 84.0%, which was significantly higher than patients in the control group-60.0% (χ2=4.0 922, P<0.05). The treatment group had 1 case of patient had adverse reactions of poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, moderately elevated alanine aminotransferase, the control group had 2 cases of patients who had adverse reactions of nausea, vomiting (P>0.05). Conclusion Methotrexate has advantages of quick effect, curative effect, low price and so on in moderately and severe psoriasis treatment, it is one of the effective drugs for the treatment of moderately and severe psoriasis.
