目的：了解吉林农村的老年高血压患者用药依从性情况。方法采用问卷调查方法对吉林某镇150名老年高血压患者的服药依从性进行调查。结果本次调查显示年龄小、学历高和已婚老年高血压患者用药依从性比较好，用药依从性不好患者急需相关人员指导。结论吉林农村的老年高血压患者服药依从性低，对其进行关于高血压知识的培训，加强…疾病控制部门的参与和提高乡镇的心血管内科医生干预能力是提高农村的老年高血压患者服药依从性的方法。

Objective To understand the Jilin rural elderly hypertensive patients medication compliance. Methods By the method of questionnaire investigation on the drug compliance on 150 patients with hypertension from some town in jilin province. Results This investigation shows that young aged, married and have a high degree of education elderly hypertnsion patient are better in compliance medicine, the patients with not good compliance need urgent personnel guidance. Conclusion Drug compliance in elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas of Jilin are low, and we have to strenght education of patient about hypertension, and to enhance disease control department improvement of cardiovascular, the physician intervention appility it's the way to improve drug compliance of education elderly hypertnsion patients.
