目的：探讨联合应用血氧功能成像系统与多普勒超…声检查对乳腺癌早期筛查的应用价值。方法应用血氧功能成像系统和多普勒超…声对100例患者的125个乳腺病灶进行检查。结果血氧功能检查和彩色多普勒联合检查与单项血氧功能成像检查或彩超…检查差异比较有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论联合应用血氧功能成像系统与多普勒超…声在减少早期乳腺癌漏诊以及提高乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别准确率方面有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of oxygen functional imaging combined with Doppler ultrasound imaging system in early screening for breast cancer. Methods Application of oxygen functional imaging and Doppler ultrasound system in 100 cases of breast lesions in 125 patients were checked. Results There were significant differences (P<0.05) between the Joint Inspection oxygen function tests and a single oxygen functional imaging examination or color Doppler ultrasound examination. Conclusion The combination of oxygen function with Doppler ultrasound imaging system has some clinical value in reducing misdiagnosis of early breast cancer and benign and malignant breast masses.
