目的：探讨分析 MRI 影像学在椎管内占位诊断中…的应用效果。方法选取我院2010年8月～2014年3月间接收的57例椎管内占位患者作为观察对象，分别对57例患者使用 CT 和 MRI 进行诊断，比较两种诊断方式的应用效果。结果 CT 的诊断准确率为84.21%（48/57）， MRI 的诊断准确率为100%（57/57）。两组比较有差异性，有统计学意义，P ＜0.05。结论 MRI 影像学在椎管内占位诊断中…有较高的诊断价值，准确率高，定位精准。
목적：탐토분석 MRI 영상학재추관내점위진단중…적응용효과。방법선취아원2010년8월～2014년3월간접수적57례추관내점위환자작위관찰대상，분별대57례환자사용 CT 화 MRI 진행진단，비교량충진단방식적응용효과。결과 CT 적진단준학솔위84.21%（48/57）， MRI 적진단준학솔위100%（57/57）。량조비교유차이성，유통계학의의，P ＜0.05。결론 MRI 영상학재추관내점위진단중…유교고적진단개치，준학솔고，정위정준。
Objective To discuss and analysis the application effect of MRI in the diagnosis of intra-spinal canal space occupying. Method Selected 57 cases of intra-spinal canal space occupying from August 2010 to March 2014 in our hospital, respectively using the CT and MRI diagnose in 57 cases of patients, and compared the application effect of the two types of diagnosis. Result The accuracy rate of diagnosis in CT was 84.21% (48/57), the accuracy rate of diagnosis in MRI was 100% (57/57). Differences existed in both groups, statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion MRI has high diagnostic value, high accuracy and accuracy positioning in the diagnosis of intra-spinal canal space occupying, it worth clinical application and promotion.
